Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your rental of moving totes from ToteFleet. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.
Rental Period
The standard rental period is fourteen (14) days beginning on the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional weeks are available at $25 per week — please contact us before your rental period ends to extend.
Payment
Payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your booking is not finalized until confirmed by ToteFleet.
Equipment Return
Customer agrees to make all rented items available for pickup on the scheduled pickup date and time.
Loss or Damage
Customer is responsible for all rented equipment during the rental period. Missing or damaged totes will be charged $25.00 per tote. Missing or damaged dollies will be charged $75.00 per dolly.
Late Returns
Late returns may result in additional daily rental charges.
Access & Pickup
Customer agrees to ensure that all totes and equipment are accessible at the scheduled pickup time. If items are not accessible, additional service or rescheduling fees may apply.
Tote Rental Only — No Moving Services
ToteFleet provides tote rental and delivery/pickup logistics only. We are not a moving company and do not provide moving labor, packing services, or transportation of your belongings.
Service Area
Our services are limited to the Greater Richmond, VA metro area.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
